SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping to the United States only at this time. Please check back soon for international shipping updates. For United States orders, USPS Priority Mail will be used. Orders are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival. Orders will be shipped between 5-7 business days from when order is placed. We will of course communicate with you if we anticipate any undue delays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return or exchange all or part of your order, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email, please specify your order number and nature/reason for exchange or refund request. We will make arrangements for the exchange or return and refund to you. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored upon confirmed receipt of the returned original items. Any items returned must be in the same good original condition as they were sent. Customer is responsible for the returned shipping fee and must return via USPS Priority Mail which provides tracking information. If you are requesting an exchange, it will be shipped to you at no additional expense. In no event will refunds or exchanges be issued beyond 30 days from the date of the original order.
